You are cordially invited to join us on Sunday, June 14, 2015 for Theatre Y’s Red Currant Gala and Performance, a celebration of our opening of Peter Handke’s The Beautiful Days of Aranjuez. Our event begins with the 2:00pm performance at St. Luke's Lutheran Church (via side alley at 2649 N Francisco Ave). The party will then continue with an easy afternoon gala of music, catered menus and meaningful conversation amongst friends and strangers who will become friends.
The Red Currant Gala will be a stroll through the afternoon to the sound of jazz, the tastes of summery cuisine between sips of sangria, and conversation among our beloved Theatre Y friends and supporters. We’ve invited you because we appreciate your presence in our lives and in our theater. This will be a relaxing event to give us, the team of Theatre Y, the opportunity to know you more, to hear you more, to be with you more—which is the whole reason we make theater. The afternoon will be punctuated with a talk-back featuring the artistic team of Aranjuez.
Tickets for the Red Currant Gala and Performance are suggested donation of $50, and include entry to the performance and reception including food and beverages.
